By creating an account or using GrassWeb, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
GrassWeb is an AI-powered website builder that allows you to create, edit, and deploy websites through a conversational interface. The service is currently available to U.S. customers only.
3. Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address and U.S. phone number to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must verify your email address before you can access the service.
4. SMS Communications
By registering, you consent to receive SMS messages from GrassWeb at the phone number you provide. These messages include account notifications, security alerts, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This consent is a condition of using the service and cannot be revoked while maintaining an active account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to create websites that contain illegal, harmful, or objectionable content
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the service to distribute malware, phishing pages, or spam
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you create using GrassWeb. The HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files generated for your websites belong to you. GrassWeb retains ownership of the platform, its tools, AI models, and underlying technology.
7. AI-Generated Content
Websites built using GrassWeb are generated with the assistance of AI. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee that AI-generated code or content will be error-free, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and testing your website before deploying it.
8. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Builder containers may be paused when not in use and restarted on demand. Deployed websites are served from static storage and are generally available, but we reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
GrassWeb is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrassWeb and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your websites and stored data will be permanently deleted.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
